Terms and Conditions
1. Deposit: We require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the service cost to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service.
2. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This includes cancellations due to weather. Any subsequent appointments will require a new deposit.
3. Price Adjustment: Prices may change upon physical inspection of the vehicle before the work begins. This is to ensure accuracy and fairness in pricing based on the specific condition of the vehicle.
4. Pre-existing Conditions: We will not be held liable for any pre-existing conditions, damages, or issues with the vehicle. We recommend notifying us of any pre-existing conditions or concerns before the service begins. This includes notifying us of any replaced parts, repainted panels, failing parts or current damage.
5. Acts of God: We will not be held liable for any damage caused by "Acts of God," including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
6. Notice of Issues or Damage: Any issues or damage discovered after the completion of the appointment must be reported to us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to address and resolve any legitimate concerns promptly.
7. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for hazardous conditions, such as mold remediation, that require special attention and extra precautions to ensure safety and quality of service.
8. Card Transaction Fee: All card transactions will be subject to a 3.5% fee in addition to applicable sales tax.
9. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to situations where it may be unsafe, unethical, or illegal to proceed with the requested service.
10. Client Vehicle Permission: By scheduling an appointment with us, you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have explicit permission from the vehicle owner to authorize us to operate the vehicle for the purpose of performing our services.
11. Vehicle Photography Release: By bringing your vehicle to Dub Dub Detailing LLC for our services, you hereby grant us permission to take photographs of the vehicle before, during, and after the detailing process. These photographs may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms. We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personally identifiable information. If you prefer that your vehicle not be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing prior to the commencement of the service.
12. Agreement to Terms: By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
